Do I need my own website?
No. All Etsy shops are discoverable on the Etsy marketplace. For example www.etsy.com/shop/shopname. If you want. Shopify will give you a URL (e.g., storename.myshopify.com/). How easy is it for me to set up accepting payment from customers?
Very easy. Etsy gives you a limited number of options that take only a couple of minutes to set up. It’s doable. You pick a supported payment method, set it up, and hook it up to your Shopify account.
