Show your Repeat Customers some love with a new email series!

Bizzy Auto Emails just got better.

We’re writing with an exciting update. We are committed to releasing smart features that are going to give you easy access to new ways to target your customers and drive more conversions. Based on your feedback, we have built new funnel segments for Auto Emails to help you more directly target Repeat Customers.

Repeat Customers

Instead of the original segments:

  • Potential Customers (who have not yet made a purchase)
  • Active Customers (who made a purchase within the past 90 days)
  • Inactive Customers (who made a purchase more than 90 days ago)

Your funnel now can accommodate:

  • Potential Customers (who have not yet made a purchase)
  • One-time Customers (who have made one purchase)
  • Repeat Customers (who have made multiple purchases)

This change makes it easier for you to target your first-time customers with specific messaging, and to reward your best customers for being loyal. Additionally, you can now define when you deem customers to be “inactive” within each series – which is extraordinarily valuable.

For example, let’s say your Potential Customers convert really well until day 30 and then start to drop off, whereas your first-time customers convert really well into Repeat Customers until day 50 and then start to drop off. Now, you can have multiple, varied incentives for customers who are likely to convert, and then fewer, more attractive offers for customers with whom you seem to be losing touch — with a customizable inflection point for each series!

In summary, what this means for you:

  • All of your data and templates from your Active and Inactive series emails have now been combined into a One-time Customer series. There is no change to the content or timing of emails that customers will receive from your business.
  • Now, you can retarget repeat purchasers separately in your Repeat Customer series.
  • You can also send emails to Inactive Customers by creating emails beyond Day 90 (or any custom day you want!) in ANY series.

To get you started, we have included new, prefabricated emails in the Repeat Customers series that you can edit to match your branding.
