Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you sell at Uncommon Breed.
My name is Ryan Sutton and I am the proud founder of Uncommon Breed – a company that honors those who have fought for our country. We sell Freedom and the American Dream – but more so apparel and fitness gear.
When did you get started selling online? Why?
We have always been an online business primarily because of the low overhead costs and it is significantly easier to reach niche markets.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in building and running Uncommon Breed?
Biggest challenge for us is organization. When we first started we tried to take on way too many projects at once. We overcame our challenges by making a list and identifying what was urgent, vital, and important on our list to prioritize our work flow.
How do you attract new customers?
Candy in a van… or when that fails, social media is our backup plan.
Can you share a tip or something interesting you learned in the process of building and running Uncommon Breed?
Struggle and failure are the best lessons in life, so don’t be afraid to live your dream – feel the fear and do it anyway.
If you’re looking to support your country via fashionable apparel and accessories, check out Uncommon Breed.
